New Class: Gentle Yoga Starts in September

Relax and energize your mind and body! The Hollywood Senior Center will offer an new class: Gentle Yoga will start on Wednesday, September 7  and run each Wednesday through October 12 from 2 to 3pm. Bones grow strong through pressure. Through gentle breathing and movement practice, you will strengthen your bones and mobilize your joints. Tomorrow night we’ll show EDDIE THE EAGLE at 5:30pm, and on Saturday, please join us for CREED at 3pm and RACE at 5:30pm.

Stop by and stay cool! Small pets are welcome, but you’ll need to call us at 503-288-8303 to reserve a spot for them. We can help arrange transportation through Ride Connection. Refreshments will be served.
