August 22: Trager Mentastics Demo

Certified trainer MERCEDES GONZALES will demonstrate TRAGER MENTASTICS, a simple approach to body movements that relieve stress, sooth aches and pains, and decrease stiffness. The demo will take place TUESDAY, AUGUST 22, from 10 to 11 am. The body movements are easy to do, very gentle, and work for people of all ages and abilities. August 16: Riders Club Trip to JFK Exhibit at Oregon Historical Society

The RIDERS CLUB will head to the OREGON HISTORICAL SOCIETY on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16, for the “High Hopes: The Journey of JFK” exhibition. FREE Aging Mastery Program Will Start in August

Back by popular demand! Hollywood Senior Center (HSC) will offer the Aging Mastery Program (AMP) again on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Created by the National Council on Aging (NCOA), the 10-week program will run from August 23 to October 25. HSC is one of just two senior centers in Oregon that were selected to host AMP, a FREE innovative and life-changing approach to growing old on our own terms. This exciting series will cover the following topics: aging basics, exercise, sleep, healthy eating, fiAMPnancial fitness, medication management, advance planning, healthy relationships, falls prevention, and community engagement. July 23: SpearPoint Publications Launch Party

Please join SpearPoint Publications for a launch party for their latest print/e-book release of original 615sfU+TB2L._SX260_fiction, WORD STORMS, by MIZETA MOON, HOWARD SCHNEIDER, and SILVER GLADSTAR.
