March 4: Weight Training for Older Women

OHSU’s Gigi Vigue will be at the Hollywood Senior, Monday,  March 4,  9:30-10:30am, to  discuss the benefits of weight lifting for older women, exercise guidelines and information on muscle mass and muscle loss. Then she’ll lead participants in exercise instruction using dumbbells and everyday kitchen items that she’ll provide. Call to reserve a spot at 503-288-8303.

    Can I get some information on the OHSU Gigi Vigue presentation regarding weight lifting and older women. I would love for her to come present at the Canby Adult Center.
