Are you new to Portland? Or new to Hollywood Senior Center? Join us for an informal monthly session to learn what the center offers, how you can volunteer, and meet staff members and volunteers who can answer questions and help you navigate one of Portland’s best resources for older adults.
The Portland Youth Builders will lead a 30-minute presentation, followed by 20 minutes of hands-on activities. The high school students will have laptops on hand and encourage class participants to bring their devices and question.
A cool night of music, dancing and animated shorts from NPR’s StoryCorps OutLoud Initiative, featuring stories collected from the LGBT elder community.
