Mater Storyteller Paul Iarrabino, the founder of Bold Voices, and Zoe Morrison, professional photo organizer and traveler, will dip into their suitcases full of adventure travel ideas for older adults. Come hang out with other adventure seekers and leave with useful ideas!

“Isaka Shamsud-Din: Rock of Ages” is an intimate exhibition celebrating the Portland artist’s masterful painting, rich in narrative combining personal stories and folklore. The artist became aware of the many inequitable system as a young black person navigating his world on a daily basis. However, he maintained his commitment to art, education, and work for the African-American community and his home.

February 15: CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH-Saturday Brunch with the Blue Door Swing Band

Join us for a little nostalgia and a lot of swing! The Blue Door Swing Band invites you to dance and make merry to the music. Hollywood Senior Center is hosting a brunch before (and during!) the performance, which starts at 11am. The band will play until 12:30pm. We’ll serve delicious food, coffee, tea, juice, and champagne ($5 per Mimosa, Bellini, or Elizabeth Taylor).
