Rightsizing Your Life Workshop

Beth Giles, NW Organizing Solutions, will facilitate a discussion on when to rightsize or downsize your living situation. It’s not a simple decision. She will address the concerns and upsides to moving, along with the practical considerations of making such a move. The workshop was developed by the National Council on Aging.

Giving up the Keys – Conversation on Aging

We all know the joys and convenience driving brings us. So how does it feel when you are asked to give u p your keys? Many seniors no longer drive, while others are beginning to consider it. Join other older adults to discuss this timely  — and ageless — topic.  Discussion is facilitated by Views volunteers.  (Views: Volunteers involved in the emotional well-being of seniors).
