About the HSC

Hollywood Senior Center was established in 1973 to promote the health, independence, and well- being of adults 55 and older. We provide case management, information and assistance, health and wellness activities, and social services in North and Northeast Portland.

Hollywood Senior Center is at a critical turning point as our organization must respond during this global pandemic and how to continue to serve our client base. With the onset of COVID 19 we immediately designed a new delivery service model to support case managed clients remotely. In addition, like other social service agencies receiving government funding, we are looking for other creative ways to continue to deliver the superb services to population we serve.
