Information and Assistance

Reach us by phone, email and in person. We’ll gladly answer questions about housing, transportation, caregiver services, support services and other needs. We provide information and referrals and offer crisis and short-term intervention and assistance for those 55 and older and their caregivers.

lawSenior Law Project Legal Clinic

This is a free service provided by Legal Aid Services of Oregon and affiliated volunteer attorneys. It is for people aged 60 and older, who are residents of Multnomah County. Scheduled appointments are 30 minutes. Call 503-288-8303 to schedule.

North Portland Location (currently at Bridge Meadows 8502 N Wayland)  third Tuesday of the month from 9:30am-noon

SHIBA – Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance

Get free help with Medicare and other health insurance from trained volunteers associated with Multnomah County Aging & Disability Services. SHIBA services are for all Medicare beneficiaries, their family members, caregivers and advocates. By appointment only.

Transportation Coordination

We can arrange transportation for seniors, providing door-to-door transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping and activities in the community.
