*Updated* COVID-19 Vaccine Information

1/6/2022 Updates:
During this precipitous surge we’re implementing some new policies that we believe will help mitigate the spread of Covid within our community. These strategies have been developed through conversations amongst staff and volunteers, as well as external discussions with Multnomah County and other community organizations. Our goal is to keep the health and safety of our participants, staff and the community as our top priority.

COVID PROCEDURE UPDATES:

  • Effective immediately until further notice, all staff, volunteers, and participants on-site are required to wear a N95 mask, KN95 mask, or two surgical masks. (Cloth masks-only are NOT permitted at this time, but you are welcome to wear a cloth mask over the others).
  • Staff, volunteers, and participants will be required to show proof of a Covid booster shot when entering the building starting March 1st.
  • If you test positive or have a symptomatic case of COVID-19 and have been onsite, please contact the Hollywood Senior Center at 503-288-8303 or staff@communityfpa.org. (If you need assistance, due to isolating during a case of COVID, please contact us. We may be able to offer support.)
We’ve also determined to limit the number of people and programs operating in the center over the next couple/few weeks. We recognize the importance of community and people’s need to continue participating in activities despite the rise in Covid cases due to Omicron, but if you’re able to step back from in-person activities over the next couple of weeks, it would be incredibly helpful to mitigate community spread.
Please reach out with any questions and stay tuned for updates as we continue to adapt to changing safety conditions. Below are Multnomah County links regarding Covid-19 information and resources for testing and vaccines clinics.
