The Community Health Team currently hosts vaccine clinics at the senior center, throughout the county, our community health team works directly in low-income buildings with seniors and partnering with other organizations to help low-income seniors and adults get vaccinated.
To date we have helped to vaccinate more than 1000 community members through our clinics.
